Mount Noddy Playground is now open

We're pleased to share that Mount Noddy Playground is now open and ready to enjoy.

Following the successful completion of an independent safety inspection, we've opened the play area so that local families can make the most of the new facilities as the summer holidays begin.

Over recent months, Mount Noddy has undergone a major transformation. Improvements include a new youth zone, an upgraded playground, new seating, planting and landscaping, enhancements around the pavilion, better sports pitch drainage and a range of new recreational facilities for residents of all ages to enjoy.

While the new facilities are now open and ready to use, a small number of finishing touches across the recreation ground still need to be completed. Over the next couple of weeks, our contractor will return to carry out minor works, including tidying and improving grass areas, completing sections of the path network, carrying out paint touch-ups, and finishing other cosmetic details around the site.

Thank you to everyone for your patience and support throughout this project to transform Mount Noddy Recreation Ground. We look forward to welcoming residents back to the playground.
