Project Update – September 2026

We're pleased to see families enjoying the upgraded play area at Victoria Park. We will be updating two existing swing seats in the play area this autumn to offer more choice for families, replacing one with a swing featuring back support and the other with a face-to-face toddler swing seat.

Work on the South Road entrance is continuing. We are working with our contractor to get the handrails installed on the new steps as soon as possible. Meanwhile, work on the new accessible entrance remains ongoing as we continue to progress the sewer relocation required before this phase of the project can be completed.
